Ah parmesan broccoli. I love some good old Simple Roasted Veggies, but this is what I make when I want to level up my vegetable game with minimal effort. It's just roasted broccoli sprinkled with grated cheese, and roasted until crispy and lightly charred. It's cheesy, garlicky, lemony, and a delicious side dish to any mains
