Ingredients
1 servings
225glight halloumi
block, sliced
2 teaspoonharissa paste
2 tablespoonhoney
1 tablespoonolive oil
1sweet potato
large, sliced into wedges
2 tablespoonmixed herbs
1 teaspoongarlic granules
1 tablespooncajun seasoning
wholemeal pitta
toasted
lettuce
spring onion
cabbage
pickled
2 teaspoonharissa
5 tablespoonlow fat mayo
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, add your chopped sweet potato wedges, drizzle with olive oil, then add the seasonings and mix well.
Step 2
Add the wedges to your air fryer and air fry at 190 degrees for 18-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Step 3
Stir the harissa, honey, and olive oil together in a bowl then add your sliced halloumi and coat well.
Step 4
Fry the halloumi in a pan on medium heat until golden.
Step 5
Add all ingredients into a bowl with a toasted pitta sliced up, mixed salad, and serve with harissa mayo.
