Instructions

Step 1
Gather all ingredients and shred the cheese and chop the spinach. Mix the flour with the broth set it aside. Put butter into a saucepan on medium-high heat once melted add garlic cook for about 2 minutes pour broth into the pan stir till thick. Add heavy cream stir till combined add cheese reduce the heat to medium stir occasionally till cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer while you peel and slice the potatoes into thin slices. I slice mine about 2 to 3 mm thick. In any kind of dish, I use a glass casserole dish you'll put a thin layer of sauce into the dish add about half of the sliced potatoes in a layer to your dish layer the ham corn, and spinach on top of the potatoes then you will add the rest of your potatoes on top of that. Cover the top with the rest of your sauce cover with tin foil. Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours. Once done pull it out and let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving this will give it time to thicken.
