Instructions

Step 1
In a small pan, melt jaggery powder with coconut oil or a splash of water.
Step 2
Pour over puffed rice in a large bowl, add salt, and toss to coat.
Step 3
Spread on a lined tray and bake at 100–120 °C for 10–15 minutes, until dry and crisp.
Step 4
Cool, store airtight.

Chocolate Crackles

Line muffin tin with 10–12 paper cases.
Step 6
In a large bowl, combine Rice Bubbles + desiccated coconut.
Step 7
In a pan, melt coconut oil. Stir in jaggery until dissolved. Add cocoa, salt, vanilla. Whisk smooth.
Step 8
Pour chocolate mix over Rice Bubbles. Stir to coat evenly.
Step 9
Spoon into paper cases, press lightly.
Step 10
Chill 1 hour until firm. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
