For the sauce
8 teaspoonDark soy sauce
4 tablespoonshoney
3 tablespoonssweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoonssriracha
1 tablespoonChinese 5 spice
1 teaspooncornflour
1 teaspoonwater
Marinate the chicken
Instructions
Step 1
Marinate your chicken in a bowl and coat it with cornflour, then marinate with ingredients from above and set aside.
Step 2
Make the sauce with the ingredients from the list above in a separate bowl and mix.
Step 3
Air-fry the chicken for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Shake the chicken every 5 minutes.
Step 4
In the pan, cook the pepper, onion & garlic for 3-4 minutes or until soft. Then add the sauce and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 5
Once the chicken has finished cooking in the air-fryer, put in the pan and mix everything together.
Step 6
Serve with rice and enjoy!
