Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, PB2 powder, flaxseed, chocolate chips, and mini peanut butter M&Ms.
Step 2
Add maple syrup and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
Step 3
Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Step 4
Place the balls on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
