Step 1
Shred rotisserie chicken and set aside
Step 2
Grease pie pan and set one pie crust in pan, prick bottom of crust multiple times
Step 3
Chop celery and onion
Step 4
Sautee celery and onion in butter in large pan
Step 5
Add peas and carrots and soup cans
Step 6
Add chicken to mixture
Step 7
Pour pie filling mixture into pan with pie crust
Step 8
Add top crust to pie pan, crimp edges and prick pie crust top multiple times.
Step 9
Bake at 425 F for 45 minutes
