Instructions
Step 1
Add chicken, salsa, diced tomatoes seasoning, and water to the Instant Pot. Cook 15 -20 minuets, more if frozen. Note: Try without water. May be runny with diced tomatoes.
Step 2
Turn Instant Pot to saute and and the drained corn. Shred the chicken.
Step 3
Add cream cheese, sour cream, and lime. Stir until melted.
Step 4
Serve with chips and other toppings.
