Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat.
Step 2
Add the onion, garlic, and paprika, chicken and chorizo, sauté for 5-10 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Add rice and tomatoes, stir to combine.

Add stock and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Step 5
