Creamy Sausage Ditalini

Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet, add sausage and break it up till almost fully cooked.
Step 2
Add pasta, garlic and sauté for about a minute to toast and coat the pasta.
Step 3
Add broth and simmer till most of the liquid is evaporated.
Step 4
Add heavy cream and season with pepper.
Step 5
Simmer till most of the liquid is absorbed.
Step 6
Cut the heat, stir in the butter and Parmesan.
Step 7
Garnish with parsley.
