Instructions

Step 1
Cook flatbreads according to directions if necessary
Step 2
Add olive oil, pesto, mozzarella, and tomatoes to each flatbread

Preheat oven to 400*F

Add flatbreads to oven and cook for 8-9 minutes

Take flatbreads out of oven and top with arugula

Put flatbreads back into oven for remaining 3-4 minutes

While flatbreads are cooking, make balsamic reduction by adding balsamic and honey to a small pot over medium heat

Cook until combined (should only take a few minutes)

Remove flatbreads from oven, and top with some basil or extra arugula, and drizzle balsamic reduction on top; add chicken for some extra protein!

Serve and enjoy!
