Instructions

Step 1
Warm up a couple of spoon of olive oil in a pan and ease down the garlic clove. When the oil is hot, add the sliced mushrooms, a bit of salt and minced parsley. Pour the white whine in the pan, stir and let alcohol evaporated. Cook the mushrooms until they are soft. Remove the garlic and keep the mushrooms warm.

Cut the bread in half and spread some mayo on both sides.

Place some salad and tomato slices on the bottom side, add sliced coppa and then the cream with mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese.

Add some other veggies on top and close your sandwich before warming it up for few minutes.
