Ingredients
4 servings
4 cupsshredded lettuce
0.5white onion
finely diced
¼ cupdill burger pickles
kosher
½ cupcherry tomatoes
halved
¼ cupfinely shredded cheddar
1 lblean ground beef
½ cupBig Mac dressing
½ cuplight mayo
1 Tbspyellow mustard
3 Tbspno sugar ketchup
2 Tbsprelish
1 Tbspwhite vinegar
½ tsppaprika
½ tspgarlic salt
½ tspgarlic powder
Instructions
Step 1
First assemble the salad by adding all salad ingredients to a large bowl.
Step 2
Cook the ground beef by heating a pan over medium high, adding a little olive oil, then sautéing ground beef with some salt and pepper until no more pink remains.
Step 3
Then make the dressing by whisking all ingredients together.
Step 4
Drizzle dressing over salad and enjoy! Easy peasy.
