Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2 In large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil. Spread in even layer on prepared baking sheet. Set bowl aside.

Step 3 Roast 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Step 4 Return sprouts to bowl and toss with buffalo sauce.
Step 5
Step 5 Transfer to serving dish, then top with a drizzle of ranch dressing, blue cheese and green onions. Serve, refrigerating any leftovers.
