Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Step 2
Spread the chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
Step 3
While the chickpeas are roasting, prepare the rest of the salad. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese.
Step 4
Once the chickpeas are done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
Step 5
Add the roasted chickpeas to the salad, and drizzle with Caesar salad dressing. Toss to combine.
Step 6
Serve the salad immediately, and enjoy!

Optional: You can also add other ingredients to the salad, such as cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, or avocado.
