Instructions

Step 1
Cut green onions into thin rounds. Separate white and green. Spoon 4 Tbsp of Miso. Wash spinach.
Step 2
Add the vegetable broth to the saucepan. Bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add white part of green onions. Let boil for a 5 minutes.
Step 4
Wash and add spinach. Let boil down for a few minutes.
Step 5
Add tofu. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add green part of onions. Let it boil for a few minutes.
Step 7
Turn off heat.
Step 8
• Place miso in small bowl and add the soup liquid. Stir until its all dissolved. Add back unto saucepan. • or Can also put the miso in a ladle, slowly add the soup liquid, and stir until dissolve completely.
Step 9
TIP: If you accidentally add too much miso, dilute the miso soup with water. And if too watery - can add more miso.
