Instructions

Step 1
Put the banana in the blender
Step 2
Add the peanut butter and brown sugar or honey ( you can add protein powder if you wish, I use peanut butter protein powder)
Step 3
Add the milk
Step 4
Blend until foamy (I really like the foamy bubbles, but you don't have to blend until foamy if you don't like the bubbles
Step 5
Pour into a glass
Step 6
