Step 1
Blend base: combine milk, yoghurt, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and xanthan gum in a blender until smooth and frothy. Note: can use as chocolate base too- just do chocolate protein powder and 10g cacao powder.

2. Freeze: pour into your Creami pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.

3. Prep: run frozen pint under hot water for 60 seconds.
