Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease three single-serve baking dishes or ramekins.
Step 2
In a bowl mash the banana, whisk in the egg and milk then stir in the oats, cocoa, vanilla extract, and baking powder.
Step 3
Stir in half the chocolate chips and pour batter into ramekins, add remaining chocolate chips to top.
Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Step 5
Let cool for 5 minutes then serve with high protein yoghurt - Vanilla YoPro pairs perfectly!
