Instructions
Step 1
Preheat and grease griddle or frying pan.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients until there's no lumps. Make sure not to overmix.
Step 3
Pour about 1/3 cup of the batter. When the edges become dry and the top is bubbly flip the pancake and cook the other side for about a minute.
Step 4
Let cool and freeze any leftovers. Reheat in the microwave for about 20 seconds per pancake.
