Instructions
Step 1
Chop mint, chop onions, defrost Peas and allow to cool (if microwaving)
Step 2
Whisk eggs and creme friache together, add pepper (not salt feta is salty enough)
Step 3
Use olive oil to coat a baking dish then crumble the feta evenly into the dish. Add the Peas, onions and mint. Carefully pour over the egg mixture.
Step 4
Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 fan for 35 to 40 minutes.
