Simple Feta & Green Onion Omelet

Feta and green onion are a perfect flavor mix in this delicious healthy breakfast. Add some chilli if you are looking for some heat.

Instructions

Step 1
Break the eggs into a bowl and add oregano and egg whites. Whisk. Add feta, green onion, some chili if you like it hot, salt and pepper into the bowl and whisk.
Step 2
Spray the omelette maker with some cooking oil spray and put the egg mixture in the omelette maker.
Step 3
Microwave the omelette.
Step 4
Toast the bread.
Step 5
Serve the Omelette with an additional green onions for extra crunch, oregano, salt and pepper with the rye bread.
