Step 1
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. - In a separate bowl, combine the oil and warm water. - Pour the oil-water mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until you have a smooth dough. - Once the mixture is ready, shape small balls with your hands. - Heat oil in a deep pan — make sure it’s hot enough to fry, but not too hot, or the outside will burn and the inside will stay raw. - Carefully drop the dough balls into the oil and fry until they’re deep golden brown. - Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm and enjoy!
