Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the marinade until combined.
Step 2
Wash and dry pork chops with a paper towel.
Step 3
Lightly salt and pepper them on both sides.
Step 4
Put them in the marinade and rub well on all sides.
Step 5
Cover the bowl with foil or a lid and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 6
Heat the oven to 200°C (upper and lower heater).
Step 7
Place the transoms in a greased tray or ovenproof dish.
Step 8
Pour the rest of the marinade over the meat.
Step 9
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 10
After that, remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, until the meat gets a nice golden brown color and the marinade becomes sticky and thick.
