Instructions

Step 1
Boil the Macaroni in salted water

Fry the Bacon & Onion

Step 3
Melt the Butter on low/medium heat. Take off the heat & add the Flour & Seasonings. Mix together before adding back to the heat for 2 minutes. Add the Milk, little by little, & cook until thick & bubbly. Remove from the heat & add the Cheese, mix until smooth & then add the Tomato Soup.

Step 4
Mix the Sauce, Macaroni, Bacon & Onion together
Step 5
Put Mac & Cheese into a baking dish, top with Cheese & then bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes (or until Cheese is melted)
