Ingredients

Compound butter
2 sticksbutter
softened
Fresh rosemary
finely chopped
Fresh thyme
finely chopped
Fresh garlic
grated
onion powder
garlic powder
creole seasoning
paprika
salt
pepper

Instructions
Step 1
See Turkey Brine for step 1.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients to find em compound butter.
Step 3
Put butter underneath turkey skin and all over exterior. Inject remaining butter into breast and other areas.
Step 4
Place turkey over bed of veggies (seasoned with salt and pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil) and garlic (rough chop). Stuff with veggies, herbs, and aromatics. Pour in broth and white wine.
Step 5
Cook turkey at 325°-350° , 15 minutes per lb. (Can also start at a higher temp like 450° for 30 mins for crispy skin).
