Instructions
Step 1
Saute cut up onion, celery and carrots in butter.
Step 2
Cut up chicken into bites.
Step 3
Season chicken. I used Montreal chicken seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Step 4
Add garlic and then chicken to pot. While chicken is cooking, cut up potatoes.
Step 5
I seasoned the potatoes with Potato Slayer, then added to pot.
Step 6
Add chicken broth (around 3-4 cups), Heavy cream, and chicken bouillon powder.
Step 7
Simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Step 8
Add cheese and potato flakes to thicken. Add salt if needed.
