Instructions
Step 1
Simmer all ingredients on low heat for 30 minutes until the liquid reduces by half.
Step 2
Mash the elderberries to extract more goodness.
Step 3
Strain the mixture.
Step 4
Pour about 1 cup into a jar and mix in 1/2 cup of raw honey.
Step 5
Optionally, reserve the other 1 cup and freeze it into cubes for easy Tamiflu tea later.
