Lemon-Herb Yogurt & Creamy Garlic Soy Dressings

Lemon-Herb Yogurt Dressing * 2 tbsp Greek yogurt * 1 tbsp lemon juice * 1 tbsp fresh herbs (chopped, such as parsley or dill) * 1/2 tsp garlic (minced) * Salt & pepper to taste * 1/4 cup veggie broth (for thinning) Instructions: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 10 minutes for flavors to blend. Creamy Garlic Soy Dressing * 2 tbsp Greek yogurt * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1/2 tsp garlic (minced) * 1/2 tsp ginger (grated) * 1 tsp any 0-calorie sweetener (optional) * Salt & pepper to taste * 1/4 cup veggie broth (for thinning) Instructions: Whisk until smooth and creamy, perfect for drizzling over greens.
