This recipe can be made from oil of several meats from frying, i.e. bacon, sausage, chicken, pork, etc. Keep 1-2 tablespoons of oil from the oil you fried in.
If you don't have that, no need to worry, you can use vegetable oil or vegetable shortening. Make it peppery as you like!

Slowly add milk, whisk continually as it thickens
