Smoked Rack of Ribs

Instructions

Step 1
Wash and pat dry ribs
Step 2
Rub in yellow mustard
Step 3
Apply Barbecue rub all over
Step 4
Rub in brown sugar
Step 5
Wrap in foil and keep in fridge overnight
Step 6
Remove foil and place in smoker at 225° for 4 to 6 hours depending on your smoker until internal temp reaches 198°
Step 7
Once internal temperature reaches 198° remove from smoker and set aside
Step 8
Cut a sheet of foil long enough to put back the rack of rib and drizzle small amount of bbq sauce into it
Step 9
Place back the rack of rib meat side down, then wrap it with the foil.
Step 10
Rest it inside the oven at 170° till ready to eat
