Instructions
Step 1
Cut the oranges in half and take the juice out. SAVE the orange half peel for later
Step 2
Cook the sweet potatoes with the orange 🍊 juice. Then smash it all together
Step 3
While the smash sweet potatoes are hot add 3/4 cup of marshmallow cream and all the butter 🧈. Add salt and pepper and mix everything through.
Step 4
On an other bowl mix the white of the eggs to a Foamy texture. Foamy Appearance: Large air bubbles are visible throughout the whites.
Use: This is a very early stage, suitable for things like an egg wash.
Step 5
Add the eggs 🥚 to the smash sweet potatoes. At this point the mixture shall not be too hot.
Step 6
With a spoon take all the white part of the peel orange ( the pith) and acomodate all the half orange peels on a baking pan.
Step 7
Infill with the smash potatoes mix. Decorate with half pecans and the rest of the marshmallow cream
Step 8
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes to get a crispy finish. Let them cool down and enjoy
