Step 1
Prepare & Combine: Place the 6-7 anchovy fillets and 113 grams of softened butter into a food processor or bowl.
Step 2
Season: Add seasoning to taste.
Step 3
Blend & Sieve: Mix until smooth, then push through a fine-mesh sieve.
Step 4
Chill & Serve: Chill until very cold. Serve with biscuits or prepared bread rounds.
