Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 or 9×9 pan.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, baking powder, salt, and spices.
Step 3
In another bowl, whisk together the protein shake, yogurt or purée, syrup, vanilla, egg, and oil.
Step 4
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined.
Step 5
Stir in your chosen add-ins.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into the baking pan and smooth the top.
Step 7
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set.
Step 8
Let cool completely before slicing.
