Instructions

Step 1
Add all of the ingredients except the cream, cheddar & red leicester to the slow cooker.
Step 2
Mix well & then cook on low for 7 hours.
Step 3
Blend, add in the cream & cheese, stir well & cook on low for a final hour.
Step 4
Serve topped with some more cheese, chopped bacon & chives.
Step 5
Optional: for garlic sourdough, mix 1 tbsp butter with a minced garlic clove & finely chopped parsley. Spread over bread and grill until toasted.
