Instructions

Step 1
Measure out ingredients and prepare your pans while the oven preheats to 350°F.
Step 2
Mix together dry ingredients: flour, salt, cinnamon, and oats. Set aside.
Step 3
Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Step 4
Mix in the milk and pumpkin.
Step 5
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until combined.
Step 6
Add in the butterscotch chips and stir to combine. scoop into desired size muffin pan.
Step 7
Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes until firm and golden brown.
