Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C). Line a square tin with baking paper.
Step 2
Stew fruit: soften chopped apple/pear in a pan with a splash of water until mashable.
Step 3
Mix dry ingredients: oats, dried fruit, seeds, cinnamon.
Step 4
Combine: stir in stewed fruit and olive oil until oats are evenly coated.
Step 5
Press into tin: flatten firmly for even baking.
Step 6
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden at edges.
Step 7
Cool & slice into bars. Store airtight for 3-4 days, or freeze in portions.
