1 teaspoonblack pepper
1 cupgreek yogurt
1cucumber

1 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoondill
fresh, chopped
1 tablespoonlemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Add the chicken to the marinade and toss well to coat. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (make sure to squeeze out excess moisture), minced garlic, olive oil, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 3
While the chicken is marinating, preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
Step 5
Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Step 6
Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with the tzatziki sauce on the side.
