Instructions

Step 1
Grease a 9x13 baking pan. Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Cook rice according to package directions, layer cooked rice.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, and curry powder. Set aside.
Step 4
Layer broccoli and cooked chicken over rice and top with mayonnaise mixture. Melt the butter in the microwave and mix with the bread crumbs.
Step 5
Top casserole with buttered bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes.
