Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F and lightly coat a 8x8 inch baking dish, I usually just use a little vegetable oil and then line with a bit of baking paper so its not greasy.
Step 2
In a bowl or big jug lightly whisk the eggs before adding the yopgurt, vanilla, almond flour, cinnamon amd sweetener and mix.
Step 3
Fold in the berries, I usually use frozen blueberries which I have defrosted in the microwave slightly (though its lovely with fresh strawberries).
Step 4
Pour into your baking dish and cook until the middle isn’t wobbly 35-38 mins.
Step 5
Eat with whatever toppings you fancy!
