If a Big Mac burger from McDonald’s and a Taco from Taco Bell made sweet love, their baby would be a Big Mac Smashed Taco.
This recipe became trendy on social media and anyone who loves Big Macs would love this creation!

Ingredients

1 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
1 packground beef
6taco tortillas
6American cheese slices
1white onion
large, chopped
0.5iceberg lettuce
sliced
1 jarpickles
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tspsmoked paprika
½ cupmayonnaise
½ cuptomato ketchup
1 Tbspdijon mustard
2 Tbspwhite vinegar
½ Tbsppickle relish
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
Instructions
Step 1
To make Big Mac sauce, in a bowl, add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, vinegar, pickle relish, salt and pepper and mix until well combined. Set it aside.
Step 2
Season ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Step 3
Roll ground beef into 80g patties and flatten it onto tortilla evenly.
Step 4
Heat bit of oil onto large pan on medium high heat. Drop the tortilla down on the meat side and cook for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 5
Flip over to cook other side for another 3-4 minutes until lightly golden - make sure don’t leave it too long or it’ll burn!
Step 6
Once flipped, add cheese slice and cover pan with lid to let cheese melt. Repeat until all tacos are cooked.
Step 7
To assemble, sprinkle bit of onion, iceberg lettuce, pickles and drizzle some Big Mac sauce on the top!
