Instructions

Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat evenly with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mix.
Step 4
Place chicken in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive oil for extra crispiness.
Step 5
Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
Step 6
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
