Instructions
Step 1
Pound it: Pound the steaks until they are very thin.
Step 2
Season: Rub the steaks with seasoning (salt, pepper, cumin, garlic) and a thin layer of mustard if using.
Step 3
Bread: Press the steaks firmly into the breadcrumbs on both sides.
Step 4
Fry: Shallow fry in hot oil for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Serve on top of the green noodles.
