Little Dipper: Tangy Onion and Cheese Dip

Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and cook, string occasionally, until they are caramelized and golden brown ( about 15-20 minutes).
Step 2
Transfer the onions to the Dripper. Add the sour cream, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stii until well combined.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hrs, or until cheese is melted and the dip is hot.
