Mix in a bowl chopped sun dried tomatoes, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, Chopped cashews, Chopped dill And a few tablespoons of mayo Squeeze juice from one lemon and mix all ingredients together. place individual salmon pieces in the mix and then transfer to a flat pan place lemon slices on top with extra parsley for garnish. bake in an oven for 30 min at 400° with a cover and 5-10 min with cover off.
