Basque style dark chocolate cheesecake
Ingredients
• 16oz cream cheese (room temp)
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup melted semi sweet chocolate (or dark chocolate)
• 3/4 cup sugar
Preparation:
• Preheat oven to 400°F
• Blend batter ingredients and pour the mix into a 6inch springform cake pan lined with parchment paper
• Place your cheesecake in a baking pan with 1 inch water
• Bake for 45 minutes, cheesecake will be jiggly in the center!
• Cool at room temp and refrigerate for at least 6 hours
