Ingredients

1 lbCellentani Pasta
4 cupschicken stock
8 ozcheddar cheese
grated
8 ozmozzarella
grated
8 ozcolby jack
grated
8 ozsmoked gouda
grated
1 tsppaprika
1 tspbrown mustard
1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
salt
1 tspcoarse black pepper
1 tspred chilli flakes
1 tspdried oregano
4 ozunsalted butter
⅓ cupflour
1can evaporated milk
8 fl ozheavy whipping cream
Instructions
Step 1
Add 4 cups of chicken stock to pot and heat to boil
Step 2
Add cellentani pasta to pot and cook to near al-dente
Step 3
While cooking pasta, mix all seasonings together in a small bowl
Step 4
Mix all cheeses together in another bowl
Step 5
After cooking pasta, re-use pot to start melting butter on low-heat
Step 6
Pour seasonings mix into the pot and mix with butter
Step 7
Add flour into the pot and mix
Step 8
Add evaporated milk and heavy whipping cream into the pot and mix
Step 9
Add half the cheese mix into the pot and mix with low heat
Step 10
Add in pasta and mix with sauce
Step 11
Get baking casserole dish and add half of the pasta with sauce, then layer half the cheese, then the remaining past with sauce, and finally the remaining cheese on top
Step 12
Preheat oven to 350
Step 13
Place casserole dish in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
Step 14
After baking, let the casserole dish cool for 30 minutes before serving
