Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except for dulce de Leche into a bowl and use the bread hook attachment to mix.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients on a level 5 for 10-15 minutes until combined
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350
Step 4
Roll dough flat about 1/2 inch thick.
Step 5
Use a small circular cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
Step 6
Put cookies on a tray and cook for 12-15 minutes.
Step 7
Cool cookies in freezer for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Top cookie with dulce de Leche and top with another cookie. Sprinkle powder sugar on top. Put in a muffin wrapper.
