Instructions
Marinade
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2
Meat- if using chicken, cover and beat flat.
For steak cut thin.
Step 3
Add meat to marinade, mix well , cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Tzatziki Sauce
Step 4
Peal cucumbers, cut lengthwise, scoup out seeds and gel. Shred finely. Put in cloth and squeeze out liquid.
Step 5
Combine ingredients, mix well and Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Build the Tower
Step 6
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Step 7
Use large Onion as base. Stab skewers in center.
Step 8

Push meat through skewers. Top skewers with onion, bell and tomato.
Step 9

Bake on a rimmed baking sheet for approximately 1 hour. If too much Charing tent with tinfoil.
Step 10
Spoon on Tzatziki, pile on gyro meat, add lettuce, tomato slices and feta cheese.
