Instructions

Marinade

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Meat- if using chicken, cover and beat flat. For steak cut thin.

Add meat to marinade, mix well , cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Tzatziki Sauce

Peal cucumbers, cut lengthwise, scoup out seeds and gel. Shred finely. Put in cloth and squeeze out liquid.

Combine ingredients, mix well and Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Build the Tower

Step 6
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Step 7
Use large Onion as base. Stab skewers in center.

Push meat through skewers. Top skewers with onion, bell and tomato.
