Instructions
Step 1
Chop the cashew nuts and mango strips into smaller pieces.
Step 2
In a dry pan, toast the nuts over medium heat for 3 -4 minutes until lightly golden and set aside to cool.

In a blender, pulse the oats until they form a coarse flour, leaving some texture and ensuring it is not too fine.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, chopped mango and nuts.
Step 5
Stir in the nut butter, salt and honey.
Step 6
Mix until a sticky dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of warm water until it comes together.
Step 7
Roll into byte-sized balls.
